L'ENCLUME LAUNCHES A SEASONAL LUNCH MENU
L'Enclume will now offer a seasonal lunch menu alongside our tasting menu.
The new seasonal lunch menu will be available on weekdays during our peak growing season, from the 2nd April to the 31st October 2025. This shorter, lighter option provides an additional choice for midweek dining.
Introducing our Wiston X Simon Rogan Rosé Sparkling Wine
We've teamed up with wine producer Wiston Estate to create our own-label English sparkling rosé. This partnership represents months of workling closely with Marcus Rayner-Ward, Wiston's winemaker, to create a sparkling wine that matches Simon Rogan’s food style perfectly.
