Receptionist at Fera

Description
At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group embodies grand English Style, timeless glamour and impeccable intuitive and highly tailored service.
In collaboration with one of UK’s most inventive and exciting chefs, Simon Rogan, we are seeking an outstanding and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our exceptional team.
Simon Rogan established L’Enclume a Two Michelin star restaurant in 2002 and has since launched several other successful ventures such as Roaginic and The Pig & Whistle.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly welcome to our guests at arrival. You will ensure seamless welcome to the restaurant by learning about our guests and creating a personalised service. As a Receptionist you will be also checking reservation details, working together with the service team and you are responsible for various admin tasks within the restaurant.

Entry Requirements
We are looking for strong, motivated receptionist, ideally someone who has worked in similar restaurant roles within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
Strong customer care skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
Ability to deal with high profile clients in a professional manner
You will be part of a large team and be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences to our guests staying at Claridge’s and also to our many external guests.

Eligibility
