Head Waiter at Fera

Description
At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s is a world renowned London hotel , looking for a Waiter to join Fera at Claridge’s. Claridge’s, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group embodies grand English Style, timeless glamour and impeccable intuitive service. Main Duties & Responsibilities
The function of the Head Waiter is to take a leadership role in the efficient running of the Lunch and Dinner service at Fera at Claridge’s, this will involve:

  • Through the delivery of exceptional, anticipative service ensure that each meal service is run and managed with the highest standards and that all guests expectations of quality and service are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure daily routines such as opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and briefings are followed through and that delegation of duties for each shift is managed as required.
  • Working in partnership with the kitchen and bar ensuring communication between the Front of House and the Kitchen is maintained during the running of the service.
  • To be fully knowledgeable of all menus items including cocktail, spirit, wine, tea and coffee and food menus, and have clear understanding of all recipes as described in the menus.

You will be part of a large team and be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences to our guests staying at Claridge’s and also to our many external guests.

Entry Requirements
We are looking for a Headwaiter who has exceptional customer care skills, someone who enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, has exceptional attention to detail and strives for service perfection at all times.

Other desirable skills include:
Strong customer service skills
Good organisation
Excellent communication
Ability to work under pressure
Michelin star or fine dining experience

Eligibility
