Head Pastry Chef at Fera

Description
At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group embodies grand English Style, timeless glamour and impeccable intuitive and highly tailored service.
In collaboration with one of UK’s most inventive and exciting chefs, Simon Rogan, we are seeking an outstanding and talented Head Pastry Chef to join the new restaurant, Fera.
Inspired by the constant changing of the seasons, Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge’s is a creative and natural take on modern British cuisine. Our name, the Latin word for ‘wild’, reflects the powerful connection to nature that’s at the heart of our restaurant. Renowned chef Simon Rogan’s ever-changing à la carte and tasting menus capture the true essence of nature through its textures, tastes and sense of perpetual evolution

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be required to work under the direction of Simon Rogan and Daniel Cox and the Executive Brigade in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Entry Requirements
We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
