Chef de Rang at Roganic

Owned by multi Michelin starred Chef Simon Rogan, Roganic is an exciting neighbourhood restaurant situated in Marylebone, Central London, serving the best British produce from our own farm and carefully chosen suppliers in innovative tasting menus.
Our team is passionate about great produce, great food and great service and delivering a truly memorable experience to all our guests.
We recently won a Michelin star and are now setting our sights on our next goals.
The restaurant is open Tuesday till Saturday serving Lunch and Dinner.

What We Can Offer the Successful Chef de Rang
Competitive salary
8 Shifts a weeks over 4 or 5 days.

What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Chef de Rang
An experienced waiter with a passion for food, service and the hospitality industry
A desire to learn and to help push forward the ambitions of the team and the restaurant
The ability to work as part of a team and to assist and collaborate with other team members
A sense of humility and an attention to detail
Good command of English
Previous experience as a Waiter at a Michelin star or fine dining restaurant is preferred, although not essential
