Chef de Partie at Rogan & Co

Description
Sister restaurant of Simon Rogans Two Michelin star restaurant, L’Enclume, Rogan and Company holds 3 AA rosettes and won Cumbria Life Restaurant of the year in 2014. The food is Simon’s modern cooking style and creative techniques and is inspired by his love of British produce, which he sources from his own farm in Cumbria, coupled with world food and spices.
Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar kitchen/restaurant roles within the hospitality industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned restaurant and be part of one of the UK’s most exciting restaurant groups.

Candidate Responsibilities
The candidate would ideally have a strong background in hospitality. Be creative, flexible and have a can do attitude along with having an obsessive passion for food. Be structured and incredibly organised. Above all to embrace our ethos and believe in our principles.

Scope and Purpose of Job:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be required to work under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade in the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Keeping your section within the kitchen organized, tidy and clean. Producing dishes to the high standards that the restaurant already has. We welcome new ideas and dish creations to be brought forward to the team so that your creative side can flourish.
